Adam Villareal - President
Adam Villareal has dedicated more than 24 years to the pest control industry, building a reputation for leadership, innovation, and exceptional customer service. A Michigan native, Adam was active in both athletics and the fine arts before earning his bachelor’s degree with honors in Public Relations and Interpersonal Communications.
Throughout his career, Adam has held key roles including Sales Representative, Branch and Region Manager, Director of Operations, Director of Marketing, President & CEO, and Partner in two multimillion-dollar companies. His expertise and leadership earned him a seat on Bayer’s prestigious Advisory Board, as well as positions on the Board of Directors for the North Carolina Pest Management Association and as Chair of the Board for the Better Business Bureau of Eastern North Carolina.
Committed to community service, Adam actively seeks opportunities to give back, whether through his church or local initiatives. He lives in North Carolina with his wife of 25 years and their five children, and he devotes much of his personal time to supporting his children’s activities and serving others. Adam’s personal and professional mission is to lead with integrity, serve as a mentor, and set a lasting example as a dedicated husband, father, and business leader.

Joe Thigpen - Vice President of Operations
Joe began working at Insight in 2013. Through spending most of his adult life working in the pest control industry, he has experience in nearly everything the industry has to offer. At Insight, he has overseen Training, Fleet, Sales, and Operations. Outside of the office, Joe is a huge Carolina Panthers fan and because of that, his heart has been broken for years. More than anything, Joe is a family man and a Christian. He enjoys spending his free time with his beautiful wife, two kids, and great friends. He has been told that he would look just like The Rock, if his face looked better, he had muscles, was 2 feet taller and could raise one eyebrow. Other than those few things, he is a dead ringer. He is also a huge dog lover, especially when you put chili and mustard on that bad boy. Lastly, he has been named Raleigh’s BBQ Champion 4 years in a row by his neighbors’ dogs. Insight has kept him around so long because of his strikingly good looks, unmatched intelligence, and dynamite sense of humor—(All jokes, I promise.) Because of these things, he has cemented his legacy into the very foundation of this company.

Lee Kemp - General Manager
Second youngest of 8 children who was raised in Southern California before moving to and graduating from high school in Farmington, NM. Lee was Captain of the high school varsity and his club soccer team who were NM State champions. One of Lee’s proudest moments was being selected as a starter for the High School Senior All-Star Game that opened for the U.S. Men’s National Soccer Team against Mexico. Lee attended Pima Community College and the University of Arizona in Tucson, Az before enlisting into the United States Marine Corps. Lee is known for his analytical thinking to improve the daily operations within the Customer Care Center. In April of 2010, Lee started at Insight as one of the original Start Technicians who worked his way into a Route Technician role, Lead Technician, and then an Operations Manager in 2015 before stepping into his current role of overseeing the CCC here at Insight. When he is away from the office, Lee enjoys spending time with his wife and two girls, along with their 3 rescue dogs. Lee has been a lifelong Raiders fan who attends college football games with his wife.
